You can delete any non-pending update listed on the IDS Data Management form.
NOTES
Deleting an update causes the data on MiVoice Business to become out of synchronization with the data on the directory server.
Deleting an update does not delete the user and device record on MiVoice Business.
To delete LDAP updates from the MiVoice Business contact point:
Go to the IDS
Data Management form.
The total number of LDAP updates is given in the top right-hand corner of the form.
To locate LDAP update records, see Viewing IDS Data Updates.
Select update records by checking their boxes. Select all non-pending update records by checking the box located at the top of the list.
Click Delete to delete the update(s) you have selected.
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
Click Data Refresh to update the main window.
The records are dropped from the IDS Data Management list.
